Returns and refunds

If you change your mind, email akirajewels111@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the piece must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending it.

The customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend tracked shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll refund the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage when the error is ours. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
